🖨️ DTF Printing – FAQs

  1. DTF (Direct to Film) printing transfers designs onto fabric using a printed filmand heat press, resulting in vivid colors and a soft, durable finish.

DTF can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark fabrics—making it
one of the most versatile printing methods.

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available depending on workload.

Machine wash inside out on cold with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Hang to dry.

DTF prints are flexible and durable; with proper care they stay bright and intact
for many washes

🌈 Sublimation – FAQs

Sublimation uses heat and pressure to permanently dye polyester fabric, producing vivid colors that won’t peel or fade.

Works best on white or light-colored polyester garments. It’s not suitable for cotton or dark materials.

Typical production time is 10–15 business days after final design approval.

We use CMYK printing and do our best to match Pantone colors, though small variations may occur on fabric.

Wash cold on gentle cycle with mild detergent. No bleach, fabric softeners, or tumble dry.

🧵 Embroidery – FAQs

Bold and simple designs with solid colors stitch best. Fine lines or gradients don’t translate well to thread.

Average production time is 7–10 business days, depending on order size and artwork setup.

Embroidery works well on cotton, fleece, hats, polos, jackets, and heavier fabrics.

No, embroidery cost is based on stitch count, not color.

Wash cold, inside out. Avoid bleach and high heat. Do not iron directly on the embroidered area.

✂️ Vinyl Printing – FAQs

Vinyl printing applies heat-cut designs onto fabric for bold, clean logos or names.

Vinyl orders are usually ready within 3–5 business days after design approval—perfect for quick runs or small quantities.

Works best on cotton and polyester. Ideal
for team jerseys and promo apparel.

Yes—vinyl prints hold up well to regular washing when cared for correctly.
